Transliteration:
na buddhi-bhedaṁ janayet ajñānām karma-saṅginām |
joṣayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran ||

buddhi-bhedam – disruption of understanding
janayet – should cause
ajñānām – of the ignorant
karma-saṅginām – attached to action

प्रकृतेः क्रियमाणानि गुणैः कर्माणि सर्वशः।
अहङ्कारविमूढात्मा कर्ताहमिति मन्यते॥

prakṛteḥ kriyamāṇāni guṇaiḥ karmāṇi sarvaśaḥ |
ahaṅkāra-vimūḍhātmā kartāham iti manyate ||
Padaccheda (Word-by-word meaning):
prakṛteḥ – of material nature
kriyamāṇāni – being done
guṇaiḥ – by the modes (sattva, rajas, tamas)

sarvaśaḥ – in all respects

This verse restores autonomy, showing the Gītā is not doctrinaire but situationally adaptive, grounded in viveka.
