Preferred :


One of the short cases be the examinee's thesis case which can be further leveraged by him her to present his thesis in the viva. 

Also the critical appraisal paper should be an RCT in PICO format around the diagnostic sensitivity specificity or therapeutic efficacy of one of the cases presented.
